• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that provide false information.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the platform, you agree NOT to:

• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the system
• Use the platform for unlawful activities

4. Listings and Transactions

• Farmers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings.
• Buyers are responsible for verifying product quality and details.
• Any agreements made between users are their own responsibility.
• Mkulima Bora is not liable for disputes between users.

5. Payments

Where payment services are provided through third-party providers, those services may have their own terms and conditions. Users are responsible for reviewing them.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

• All platform content, design, and branding belong to Mkulima Bora.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written permission.
• Users retain ownership of the content they upload, including images, product descriptions, business names, and related materials.
• By uploading content to Mkulima Bora, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content on the platform.
• You further grant Mkulima Bora the right to use, reproduce, and display any uploaded content, including images, listings, names, and related information, for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, and publicity purposes, in any media format, whether digital or print, without additional notice, attribution, or compensation to you.
• This permission remains valid even if your account is inactive or terminated, unless otherwise required by law.
• You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload and grant the permissions for any content you submit.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in harmful behavior toward other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mkulima Bora provides the platform "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for losses resulting from user interactions, business decisions, or technical issues beyond our control.

9. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform.
